RevOptimization ("we," "us," or "our") provides fractional revenue operations consulting. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit revoptimization.io or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email hello@revoptimization.io.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form or email us, we collect your first name, last name, email address, what you're looking for help with, and the message you write. We may also collect anything else you choose to share with us.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, we and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages you view, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and discuss working together.
- To understand how people use our site and improve it.
- To send you information about our services, where permitted. You can opt out at any time.
- To keep our site secure and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We use HubSpot's tracking code and cookies to understand site traffic and connect form submissions to your visit. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as expected.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed to provide their services. These include HubSpot, which we use to manage contacts, forms, email, and analytics, and our website hosting provider. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or sale.
How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described here, such as responding to your inquiry, maintaining a business relationship, or meeting legal requirements. When it's no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
Your privacy rights and how to make a request
Depending on where you live (including California and other U.S. states, the European Economic Area, and the United Kingdom), you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy.
- Correct information that is inaccurate.
- Delete your personal information.
- Opt out of marketing emails, and of any sale, sharing, or targeted advertising (we do not engage in these).
- Object to or restrict certain processing, and, where applicable, withdraw consent.
- Not be treated differently for exercising your rights.
To make a request, email hello@revoptimization.io with the subject line "Privacy request" and tell us what you'd like us to do. We may ask you to verify your identity, and we'll respond within the time required by law (generally within 30 to 45 days). You can also opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message we send.
Children's privacy
Our site and services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

Our site may link to third-party sites, such as LinkedIn or partner websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their policies.
